American astronaut Neil Armstrong becomes the first human to walk on the moon(1969)

Neil Armstrong was the first person to walk on the moon. He was an astronaut.He piloted the Lunar Module.

This event marked a lot in astronomy. This man did a hard mission and succeeded in it. This helped the NASA and probably motivated people to become astronauts. This event was incredible, it was the first person on the moon and something farther than Earth. The accomplishment was made in an awesome way when not so much technology was invented. If they accomplished this many years ago then now going to the moon can be so much easier controlled.









Japan bombs Pearl Harbor: United States enters World War II(1941)

 Japan bombed Pearl Harbor and wanted war. United States was devastated with this. They bombed back and entered World War II.

The U.S being attacked will always be important.   People died, civilians, people in the army. The U.S was so mad at this, everything was destroyed. They had to enter war. When Japan bombed they bombed in a navy station that that hurt the U.S because many navy soldiers died. This devastated economically in many ways to the U.S. Later, they entered war and bombed back.





Woman win the vote(1920)

 Women got together and got tired of not having rights. It was known as the suffragists. This was taken to decision and women won the right to vote in 1920.

Women weren't considered much important back in older centuries. Men always had right to everything. Women had to be quiet all the time and obey the laws of men. They all got so tired and wanted every women to at least defend themselves. They were know as the suffragists. They decided to proclaim that women should have rights. Woman were so happy when they got the right to vote in 1920. Now we have so much women in the government than back then. Woman now can do many other things that they couldn't do back then like have a better education.

Magazines part ll

Early Magazine Cover -Magazines back then are not as we see them today. They started with a title and table of contents. There was no description of what the magazine was about. Some just had a picture or illustration than a description.  Cover lines were used and many had no covers and just started with an article. In the later 1800s there started to be covers with more illustrations and the name of many departments to be found inside the magazine instead of a table of contents. Poster Cover - These appeared in many types of magazines. They could be defined to as there are no cover lines or themes noted. Some of the poster covers had no relation to the story inside the magazine. The picture in the poster was more for a mood or the season in.
