  1. A. If you see any "closed-ended" questions, make sure they are valid and relevant. Most of your questions seem open ended and can be branched into more insightful answers. Good work!

    B. Think of at least 2 questions that you think they should ask their main source, and type it in for them to see.

    What do you see as the writer’s main point in these questions? To learn more about her dads life immigrating and shifting to another country.
    Which part of these questions interests you the most? Why? Parts that convey thoughts on immigration because it helps the readers see where she is coming from.
    Where do you feel you would like more detail or explanation on any questions? Where do you need less? You have very good detail, I don't think you need to add or lessen any.
    Do you find any questions unclear, confusing, or undeveloped? No all of your questions seem good and easy to comprehend! Good work!

  3. A. How many open and closed-ended questions did you find?
    I found 7 closed-ended questions, which were all valid and relevant, and 13 open-ended questions.

    B. Write two questions the author could ask the main source.
    I think you could ask your dad how he got the money to come to the United States. You could also ask him what he expected to happened in the US and if they were true or not.

    C. Write one question the author could ask the secondary sources.
    You could ask your mom what people from her home land thought about the United States and the people who lived there, and if the stereotypes affected her decision to move.
    D. Think of another person the author could interview.
    Another person you could interview is one of your grandparents, or someone from your parents immediate family.

    The audience of this piece is people who want to know what it was like to move to the United States. The purpose of the piece is to demonstrate the feelings behind moving to the US.

    Your main point with the questions is to learn more about your dad's life before and after the immigration.

    It interests me when you asked how the US is different from his home country.
