Who: Miranda Cardenas, What: won Student of the Month. Where : at Bowie High school. When: She won the prize on January of 2018. Why and How: Her hard work in grades, extra curriculars, and performance in class helped her receive the prize. A sophomore who won student of the month in her biology class. "The winner of Student of the Month has to have completed some tasks beforehand," biology teacher Rachel Been said. This person has to have excellent grades, great attendance, friendly with their peers, and if they are in any other organizations, clubs, sports, etc, that is excellent. This student is in debate.
