Long response

1. 52% high school students enrolled in college in 2016
2.65% school student should be enrolling by 2030
3.Students who don't enroll directly into college will be less likely to earn a degree than the students who enroll right after high school
4.California and Massachusetts have higher percentage enrolling
5.Paredes hopes to win an approval of a proposal of financial incentive for public universities to improve graduation grades. Schools would earn $500 for each graduate except for risk students which the school would ear $1000 for them.

6. Yes college is important. I do plan to enroll directly into college. The push might impact jobs in the world with so much students in college. I think it is comfortable to live without degree, depending on the person and their goals. I know many women wh0 don't have a degree done and live with their children while the husband has a degree. Although it can get hard but it is possible. Workforce certifications are important because they improve and help society in any way. I have considered potential jobs but only that I would do for a couple of months.
